For more than 60 years, KLRN has been a trusted, free, and reliable resource for families, educators, and lifelong learners across San Antonio and our 33-county service area.
The federal funding we depend on is in jeopardy. These essential funds help KLRN to continue the work we do in and for our community.
Why it matters:
- More than 64,000 children and caregivers received FREE early childhood resources in 2024.
- Last year, 1,800-plus teachers across our region earned accreditation through FREE KLRN lead professional development training sessions.
- Over 3.7 million viewers learned about Texas history, arts and culture, and local issues through KLRN-produced programs based in community-rooted storytelling throughout 2024.
We need your help.
