This week On The Record, host Randy Beamer hears about a new plan to deal with homelessness by clearing out encampments, and working to get social services and housing for those affected.  Guest is District 7 Councilwoman Marina Alderete Gavito, who has filed the CCR for the plan.

Next, dark skies and the eclipse- the two are more intertwined than you might think.  Dark skies expert Dawn Davies with the Hill Country Alliance talks about all you will see during the eclipse, and why humans need to recognize the importance of darkness at night.

On Reporter’s Roundtable, Tracy Idell Hamilton, Business Reporter for SA Report, explains why the eclipse is such a boon for the Texas Economy.
