To kick off the summer, KLRN is hosting KLRN KIDS Summer Festival with Curious George to be held on Monday, June 11, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Monterrey Park, 5919 W. Commerce, San Antonio, TX. This family-friendly event promises to provide fun and educational activities for the entire family and will be held rain or shine.
This FREE educational event will feature school readiness activities and family fun. Visit with Curious George and learn about FREE programs for your family. KLRN’s Education team will share with families’ activity ideas adults can offer to help prepare the children for school success. Agencies will share information on free parent and caregiver workshops; many of these workshops provide families with hands-on learning activities, free materials and books.
