Beginning today, drought restrictions that have been in effect all summer are gone, the San Antonio Water System has announced.
But while year-round watering rules remain in effect, you can save money on sewer rates for the rest of the year by conserving water over the next three months.
Winter averaging is in effect and that is what SAWS uses to calculate your sewer charges for the rest of the year.
