San Antonio is about to turn 300 years old.
Officially, that will happen on May 5 in 2018 but preparations are under way to create a party that may last years.
The San Antonio Express-News reports historical re-enactments, concerts and fireworks will be part of a three-year, community observance of San Antonio’s tricentennial in 2018.
