A federal judge has approved agreed-to terms between Texas and some minority groups over the Texas Voter ID Law.
The San Antonio Express-News reports Texas will now allow alternate IDs to vote, including voter registration cards, birth certificates and utility bills.
The changes were prompted by a ruling by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
