For nearly six years, Diana conducted monthly cooking segments on local San Antonio television news shows. Her national exposure includes cooking segments on Good Morning America with renowned Chef Emeril Lagasse, as well as Food Network programs Food Nation with Bobby Flay, Tasting Texas with Patrick Duffy and Throwdown with Bobby Flay. With all this Diana manages to balance her life as restaurateur, chef, media spokesperson, wife and full time mother. Diana wants to take the culinary culture of our ancestors and apply it to our now fast paced lives.
