Making Connections Partners

Making Connections is an initiative designed to increase access to community supports and economic opportunities for low-income families on the West side of San Antonio. Making Connections works to strengthen partnerships among existing community organizations, institutions and neighborhood groups.  To date, there are three levels of partnering, with new partnerships being formed every year.
