This week on ARTS, we visit the Witte Museum for a flavor of Fiesta. The museum's new exhibit, Natural Beauty: Fiesta of Land, Water, and Sky, features beautiful, hand crafted royal trains worn by Fiesta queens and duchesses. Each intricate train has a story that connects to San Antonio.
