UT HEALTH researchers studying easier ways to maintain health

For most people, losing weight and staying in shape is a very difficult thing to do and to also maintain. And, who hasn’t that thought—what if i could just take a pill, rather than diet and exercise? 

Well, it might be closer than you think!  Doctors and researchers at The University of Texas Health San Antonio are conducting a study into the effects exercise has on all the cells in the human body, and how it could lead to a much simpler way to stay healthy.
