KLRN Wins Lone Star Chapter Regional Emmy Award

On Saturday, October 25, KLRN Public Television was awarded a Lone Star Chapter Regional Emmy Award. Randy Allee, KLRN Production Supervisor/Audio Production Services Specialist, accepted the award for Outstanding Achievement in Audio for the Dvorak‐Slavonic Dance program featuring the San Antonio Symphony that was recorded in 2013 and aired in January 2014 on KLRN.

Allee has been a KLRN employee for 25 years and is a well‐known face for the station. Anyone who has attended a KLRN event or a screening, production or recording event at KLRN has almost certainly met Allee as his expertise is utilized throughout the station’s many initiatives. This is the second Lone Star Emmy for Allee and KLRN.
