ARTS takes you inside the Briscoe Western Art Museum's "2017 Night of Artists Art Sale & Exhibition” to learn about Billy Schenck, a creator of the Western Pop Art movement.
Considered an innovative and engaging personality in the art world today, Schenck uses techniques from Photo-Realism and Pop Art to exalt iconic images of the West. He is known by many as the “Grandaddy of Pop Western Art” and is classified as an influencer and player in contemporary Western Art.
