The San Antonio City Council is expected to approve a new five-year contract tomorrow with the San Antonio Police Union.

The agreement is two years in the making and comes after legal threats and stalled negotiations. The union has already approved the deal.

The two topics debated most have been health care and salaries, reports KSAT 12 News, which has a breakdown of the contract.
