San Antonio City Council members Rey Saldaña and Ana Sandoval won support from three council colleagues, through the Council Consideration Request process, on a proposal to ease traffic congestion and air pollution.
The city would work closely with employers to make car and van pooling convenient for employers by providing information on VIA bus routes and park-and-ride stations, and encouraging companies to provide telecommuting options.
