Copies of immunization records will now only be available at one place in San Antonio.
Time Warner Cable News reports the records will no longer be sold at the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District's downtown building.
Instead, the immunizations clinic at the Frank Garrett Community Center will be the sole location to obtain an immunization record.
