The San Antonio Water System is preparing to declare a financial close to the controversial Vista Ridge pipeline project.
Tomorrow, SAWS board members are expected to approve details, which will call for water to be pumped into San Antonio from aquifers west of College Station by the year 2020.
Garney Construction has been selected to oversee the project.
