KLRN's Family Album Pages

KLRN also asked families to find old photographs to post on our web site.  Our goal was to create a simple reason for children and teens to sit with their families and learn more about their history.  We wanted to provide another opportunity for the entire family-- old and young-- to sit together.  It worked.

Families sat on the floor around their photographs.  Children asked who was who in their family photographs.  Elderly members showed photos of when they were young, and related stories about the history of their family.

Now, not only children, but their grandparents, fathers and mothers are looking forward to seeing the photos on the KLRN site.
