Bright Ideas Cafe

Presented by AVANCE, Parent Meetings provide ways for parents to not only share books, but engage in developmentally appropriate activities that support learning. Contact Early ON Staff at 210-433-5800 for more information.
Parent Caf és Presented by Avance-San Antonio, Parent Meetings provide ways for parents to come together to learn about how children learn and to celebrate how parents are the child’s first and most important teacher. During the Parent Café, parents will share stories about their own experiences and also learn about supporting early childhood development. Little Read Wagon's Early Literacy Workshops
Presented by the San Antonio Public Library’s early literacy initiative, Little Read Wagon, these free workshops present caregivers (any person who takes care of children five or younger) with ways to get their children ready to read. Teachers/child care providers receive a certificate of training.

What is it all about? FUN interactive learning activities for parents/caregivers and their young children. New activities each week! Presented by Little Read Wagon.
Who can come? Children (birth – 5 years old) and the parents, extended family, friends, or neighbors who take care of them. Older brothers and sisters are also welcome.
